I’ve been seeing a ton of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” tweets on Twitter. It’s even been anagram’d? So… does that mean that people actually… like that song? I mean, the only time that song has ever been okay was when A Plea For Purging played it after their set in Nashville at the end of the Quit Your Band tour.

I’m so sad to see two very good bands leave the scene… im even sadder that i didnt get to see their last show in Nashville. but thank you for all the other amazing shows that were seen by you guys.

R.I.P. to one of my favorite bands of all time and one of the greatest bands I witnessed live. Best humor, intense heavy, beautiful tunes, and so forth. I only seen this band twice live but they were both amazing shows and had a great time. I remember listening to The Marriage Between Heaven And Hell and just being blown away after each song I heard on it, even the production was well done! I can still listen to the album on repeat to this day. Basically all their albums were amazing, The Life & Death Of A Plea For Purging, Depravity and even the older albums were good! It breaks my heart that they couldn’t come to Toronto for one last show but hey, it happens. I will forever listen to their tunes, rep their merch and so forth.
Andy, you are amazing and thank you for making me embrace my fat and be happy about it. I’ve always wore clothes that can hide my fat but you are one of reasons that made me stop that and just be proud of my fat. You are a inspiration to me, and possibly thousands of more people! you are a great person.
If the band is reading this, I wish the best for you guys, continue to blow people’s minds even if it ain’t musically like deliver tons of pizzas above record time, I don’t know but I hope you guys have a great life and pursuing the rest of your dreams and goals. Thank you for good times, thank you for the tunes, thank you for your merch giving me warmth/clothed, thank you guys for being a band that was always staying true to yourselves, telling us the truth and not doing what labels tell you how to write your music, thank you for everything.
